Used wildebus on 4 occasions now and probably speak to David every weekend on forums he’s very helpful very polite and knows what he’s doing with anything solar or battery especially the Hybrid set up it’s brilliant

I visited Wildebus for advice pre a planned solar install, my personal requirements due to intended use were simplicity and reliability. Wildebus digested my needs, surveyed my motorhome and talked me through his thoughts which included a specific battery type which can be discharged well below recommended levels of most batteries but would not cause damage in this instance. Wildebus followed up our meeting with an email documenting his advice as due to the design he advised me that I could complete the works myself if I wanted and directed me to a trusted supplier that could supply a panel he could not at that time. In the future I would not hesitate to return to Wildebus

David has given me a huge amount of advice re upgrading my battery bank. Very helpful with numerous questions asked and answered.

Highly recommend Wildebus’ products & services…. They provided me with excellent, easy to follow advice and supplied high quality OE-style wiring looms for my VW Transporter that I was able to then fit myself. These allow me to switch the power supply for my aftermarket headunit between the vans starter and leisure batteries with a second loom providing the ability to over-ride the automatic switch-off for the internal lights in the back – an essential and brilliant mod for any camper.

David fitted to my Moho a B2B/MPPT Combo charger and reworked some cabling. Sorted a couple of starter batt problems. And re cabled two leisure batts. Well I was really pleased. Firstly the help info freely given. Then the work done. the parts. The labour. And price fantastic. All done in part of a day. Even in the rain. Cold. David recently upgraded my AutoTrail Dakota electrics by replacing a very heavy lead acid leisure battery with two Lithiums. In addition he added a Victron SmartShunt and a Victron mains charger. David has done a superb job, at a very reasonable price, and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him most highly.

I was completely ignorant of the options available to setting up solar charging on our Motorhome. David was incredibly knowledgeable and soon educated me on the advantages and disadvantages of the various types of panels and controllers and what I needed to get the best set up for our vehicle. Overall the service was excellent, David couldn’t have been more helpful and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Through other forums Wildebus gives free advice on various electrical issues to forum members. One member had an issue that more or less mirrored solar issue I was experiencing, following Wildebus suggestions which I followed, I sourced root of my problem. He is a very experienced person.

Wildebus has done work for me in the past, and has freely given me some good advice. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and interested in what he does. His after sales commitment is excellent, and he is very reasonable when it comes to pricing work. I could not recommend wildebus any more, and I am sure anyone who uses his services would agree.
